{"id":3078,"date":"2014-12-05T01:37:00","date_gmt":"2014-12-05T01:37:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/iahorro.com\/iahorradores\/preguntas\/subrogarte-a-su-seguro-de-proteccion-de-pago-bbva\/"},"modified":"2025-08-07T10:23:03","modified_gmt":"2025-08-07T10:23:03","slug":"subrogarte-a-su-seguro-de-proteccion-de-pago-bbva","status":"publish","type":"preguntas","link":"https:\/\/www.iahorro.com\/iahorradores\/preguntas\/subrogarte-a-su-seguro-de-proteccion-de-pago-bbva\/","title":{"rendered":"subrrogarte a su seguro de proteccion de Pago BBVA"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Hola estoy a punto de hacer una compra de una vivienda, soy mutualista de muface y el cr&eacute;dito hipotecario que voy a pagar es de 140.000 euros el 70% del precio total (199.000 euros) .<\/p>\n<p>La duda que tengo es si tengo que contratar el seguro de Protecci&oacute;n de Pago que me impone BBVA, aunque en las condiciones de Muface no dide nada de eso, solo he de tener la nomina y un seguro de hogar que puede ser con la compa&ntilde;ia bbva o con otra entidad. la hipoteca es a 25 a&ntilde;os&nbsp;como ellos dicen, es decir a 300 meses (25a&ntilde;os) igual tiempo que el Seguro de Protecci&oacute;n de pago. lo que me supone:&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n\t\tCuota hipoteca 584 euros &nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\tcuota de mi seguro de Proteccion: 18.25 euros&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\tcuota de mi pareja&nbsp;seguro de Proteccion: 16.41 euros ya que la hipoteca es en comun con mi pareja los 140.000 euros , cada uno estar&iacute;a asegurando el 70.000 euros<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>me pod&eacute;is asesorar la verdad que me urge el tema ya que tengo que comprar la vivienda antes del 31 e diciembre por si cambian los tipos de inter&eacute;s seg&uacute;n el convenio de muface he leido en varios foros que no es obligatorio subrrogarte a su seguro de proteccion de Pago y que es mejor luchar con la entidad para que si es en ese caso sea por Renovacion Anual, y luego despu&eacute;s del a&ntilde;olo cancelas, aunque tambi&eacute;n he oido que si te viene ya impuesto en la oferta vinculante que me haga eta semana BBVA no podre hacer nada, sino aparece nada en la oferta vinculante podria cancelarlo en un plazo de 30 dias mediante notificacion de burofax? a ver si me podeis asesorar.<\/p>\n<p>muchas gracias amigos<\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false},"categories":[19],"class_list":["post-3078","preguntas","type-preguntas","status-publish","hentry","category-otros"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v25.7 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/wordpress\/plugins\/seo\/ -->\n<title>\u00bfC\u00f3mo subrogarme al seguro de protecci\u00f3n de pago de BBVA?<\/title>\n<meta name=\"description\" content=\"\u00bfC\u00f3mo subrogarme al seguro de protecci\u00f3n de pago de BBVA?
