Buenos días, estamos en proceso de compra de una vivienda unifamiliar. En el momento de la tasación hemos visto que los metros del registro son inferiores a los del catastro y a los reales comprobados por el tasador, estos dos últimos sí coinciden . Hay 100 m2 de diferencia. Eso ha provocado que la tasación de la casa haya sido claramente inferior y no nos alcance para el préstamos hipotecario que necesitamos.<\/p>\n

¿cuál es el proceso más rápido para proceder a la regularización en el registro, teniendo en cuenta que las ampliaciones se realizaron hace bastantes años? Nos urge mucho poder cerrar la operación para poder ir a vivir a esa vivienda. Nos han dicho que es un proceso que puede durar meses.<\/p>\n
